Art of War (2) #
- When you gain this feature at 2nd Level you learn two tactics of your choice from the “Warlord Tactics Table”, when you reach 10th level you learn 2 additional tactics.
- When you activate a Tactic choose a number of willing Creatures that you can see within 60 feet of you up to your Proficiency Bonus, in addition to yourself, the chosen Creatures gain the benefit of your Tactic.
- Tactics that do not have passive effects, such as an increase to speed, etcetera, can be repeated on your turn by using your Bonus Action.
- Before initiative is rolled you can choose to use a tactic that will last until the end of combat, or until you use a new tactic as a Bonus Action on your turn.
- Starting at 13th level you can have two tactics active during a battle and can select two before initiative is rolled, if you have two Tactics active and activate a third you can choose which Tactic’s effect ends.

Tactic | Effect |

Brace! | You alert your allies to the incoming attack. You and your allies gain +2 to your AC, and Advantage on Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws. |
Charge! | You signal your allies to charge. While moving towards an enemy, Creatures affected by this Tactic have their Speed increased by 15 feet. |
Now! | Prime your allies to act, allowing them to move faster potentially catching enemies off guard. Creatures affected by this Tactic have their Initiative increased by 2. |
Once More! | Signal an ally to continue their assault, granting them the alacrity to push further. Choose one Creature affected by this Tactic, using your Bonus Action the chosen Creature may repeat their previous Action as a Reaction. |
There! | You point out weaknesses in your enemies’ defences. Choose a number of enemies you can see up to twice your Proficiency Bonus, allies affected by this Tactic have Advantage on Attack Rolls made against the chosen enemies. |
You, GO! | You call out for your allies to act. You can swap the initiative of any Creature affected by this tactic with another that is also affected tactic. |
Know Your Enemy (7) #
- The DM tells you if the Creature is your equal, superior, or inferior in regard to four of the listed characteristics of your choice.
- Instead of a Creature’s Fighter Levels if it has any, you learn their CR if they have one.
- Additionally you gain Advantage on your Weapon Attacks against the Creature.
Inspiring Tactician (10) #
- When you use a Tactic gained from the Art of War Feature choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus that you can see, and give them inspiration. You can use this Feature a number of times equal to your Constitution Modifier.
Warlord’s Victory (15) #
- When you land a Critical Strike all Creatures under the effect of one of your Tactics gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Fighter Level.
War God’s Wrath (18) #
- When a Creature under the effect of one of your Tactics hits another Creature with an Attack Roll, as a Reaction you can force that Creature to take additional damage equal to your Fighter Level.
